1. Read index file with the file option. (The usage of other arguments can be seen in the manual of TRENDNMR).

  2. (Optional) Check the ROI box to zoom to the region of interest
  3. Press Start button
  4. If ROI is checked, a window will pop up:

5. An interactive window of the ranking results will pop up. Meanwhile, an HTML report will be saved to the same directory of the input file.
