Two ligands bind in succession

The sequential binding of two GCDA ligands to a bile acid binding protein is captured by a combination of the PC1 and PC2 changes derived directly from the spectra of the titration of Cogliati et al. (2010, Chemistry) using TREND (Xu and Van Doren, 2016, Anal. Chem.).
