Phosphosugar binding to a phosphohexomutase of 52 kDa

Binding isotherms and affinities of PMM/PGM(S108C) for phosphosugars were derived by applying PCA directly to the ¹⁵N TROSY NMR spectra (containing > 500 peaks) using TREND software.
